This is a one-year membership broken down into 12 monthly payments. After one year, you will have 60 days to make changes and then your membership will automatically renew. Your account will be charged an additional $30 in October for 12 months of EFT processing.

- Freeze your membership at any time for $5/month
- No separate EFT processing charge
- Pay a small sign-up fee and start tanning right away
